How have you been since you started Kaizen club? Hi everyone, I just thought I would start a new thread where everyone could write their experience with Kaizen club. Here is what I've noticed since I started... Let me start by saying that I've been in the club for a little more than a month now. I can definitely say that I kept some habits. I don't even know how and I find myself doing things that Mark suggested in the club, even though I don't have to do them any longer. However, there is one thing I'd like to change... I wish I was required to track my new habits for four weeks. I feel like getting just to the make-break point after three weeks. It takes me about a week to start performing a new habit regularly and then I do it for the next 14 days. That is just not enough for me to really get used to it. What do you think? Would it be better if you were required to keep track of your new habbits for four weeks? |
