I took the 7dbt course last summer - I seem to recall a discussion of on demand publishing. I'm looking through the downloads though and can find no reference to the company that was referred to / recommended. I did a search on the threads here and came up with two that were not relevant.
Does anyone have the name of that company? Or can recommend a good on-demand publisher?
