The purpose of this construct is to augment the goods, services and money of every man, woman and child on the planet who does not have adequate income.
BASIC CONCEPT
The construct will begin locally by municipality or subdiision thereof. Fvery individual and organization in the community will be given an opportunity to participate in this construct. Those that have adequate income will be given an opportunity to contribute goods, services and/or money to a tax exempt Foudaion. Those who do not have adequate income will be recipients.
BASIC MECHANIS
A multlevel networking struture will be set up. The founders of the program will contact everyone that they know and give them the opportunity to register as a participant in the program Those that register become second level and repeat the process until all individuals and organizations in the community are contacted.
RECORD KEEPING
Computer records will be kept for each participant. Separate records wil be kept for each category of contribution.
GOODS
Goods will be contributed on a voluntary basis. An inventoy will be maintained on a computor similar to eBay without the bidding. The physical goods will be handled by organizationns such as Goodwill and the Salvation Army.
SERVICES
Services also will be contributed. Services already in place such as Mentoring and Big Brother will be utilized and expanded. Individuals will be encouaged to follow their passions and to utilize their skills in service.
MONEY
Each participant will be interviewed. Those who have adequate income will be asked what percentage of their gross receipts they would like to contribute. The percentage can be changed at any time. All contributors will be given gifts valued at more than $2,000 some of which will enable them to increase their income and thereby their contributions. All recipients will also be given these gifts which will enable them to increase their income and become contributors as well.
The total contributions will be divided by the total reqirements to establish a percentage which will be appplied to the individual requirements. One hundred percnt of contributions will be distributed to the recipients as ll Foundation members will be volunteers.
LONG RANGE EXPECTATIONS
As this program evolves, consideration will be given to balancing income between communities. This construct could go a long ways toward resolving all economic issues and thereby most relationship issues on the planet.
