Have been studying your courses for about 4 months now and they are great. However my reason for comment is about probably the simplest tool you have, Wimiki.
I have been struggling to fit my morning exercises in. We have two gorgeous little girls under 2 years of age who have not been sleeping very consistantly and as a result my morning routine is out of wack.
I have been promising myself that I will just do the exercises at work when I take that break every hour - yeah right.
Well yesterday I activated Wimiki.
200 crunches
80 pushups
2 sets of lunges
2 sets of calf raisers
A total of 20 minutes ( 4 x 5 min breaks)
2 sets of wide grip chin ups
All it took was for me to have that reminder pop up, and away I went.
Now all that is great from a fitness point of view, but the really great thing is that I feel I also achieved more at work.
