Default Simple.ology 101

Hi,

I'm curious as to how many of you have already discovered Simple.ology 101 and if you agree with me that it's a plain awesome course Mark made available.

I've got my fair share of self-help books, tools and courses, but I've never come across anything which has such a vibe of enthusiasm already built in, that I'm actually waking up at 4 AM in the morning cuz I can't wait to do my "praxis"...

Being a trainer and coach myself - heart focus techniques - I really appreciate the way this was put together. When I put course material together, I always aim at getting as much of the senses involved in the learning process as possible.

I studied the use of accelerated learning techniques, which make any course a real fun and interactive experience and Simple.ology does just that. Like in lesson one - ways to empty a glass of water into your mouth...

Not only was it hilarious in many ways, it also drove home the point so powerfully. And yet the simplicity of it all. I can do ths with my whole family.

Recently I read "The Millionaire Mind-Set" which explains so clearly how paternal patterns can mess up a child's beliefs about wealth. Such that no matter what they try as adults, they continue to fail earning a substantial income.

With Simple.ology I can now prevent this happening to my boys (I've got 4 and the oldest - 7 and 9 - are well capable of understanding the course material because of the fun exercizes.

Mark, you have outdone yourself on this one. I'm stunned with both the quality of the content and the way you formatted it online. (Where can I get that quiz & video software you use?!)

Chapeau!
Patricia

Hi all,
actually I discovered the "simpleology" first and then the discussion community. Somebody sent me yesterday morning information about this program and I KNOW it came in response to prayer.

To have found this program with a "Daily DO" is exactly what I had been praying for in order to get myself back into being organized and focused.
After 6 years of living with Alzheimers not only did my husband get worse, so did my focusing on anything but the most pressing. After he passed away a couple of months ago, I found getting back to "normal" was not as easy for me as I wished it would be. My lack of focus on rebuilding my business became painfully obvious. Mark's program is absolutely the answer to my prayers for help to gain my bearings.

Thank you Mark for creating it, thank you Gary Ambrose for sending me the information and thank you God for picking up on the vibes to have it all come together. I'm ready for this. Perfect timing.

Default Tip!

I just transferred all of the mp3 files to my mp3 player, set up my head phones and am listening to all of the lessons as I'm reading this.

That is NOT the tip though...

I instantly found that I couldn't actually concentrate on both writing posts and listening to the audios. However...

If you set the sound very, very low, the lessons will not so much be registered in your conscious mind, but very firmly registered by your subconscious mind.

It gets even better if you have a recording which is mixed with music that stimulates alpha waves. (Simple.ology 102 purchasers have received a free download of subliminal software from me which allows you to do this!)

So, the tip is basically to additionally to the regular learning and practising of this system, also set your learning up for subconscious learning to support this.

If you want to know more about the effect of subconscious learning, I highly recommend that you read "Super Learning" and "Super Memory" from Sheila Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder.

(I have an inspirational books section on my website with a little more info about this book: http://www.my-happy-heart.com --> check the dropdown menu at the most right of the nav bar and select books, music. [mySite])

Apart from the simple.ology lesson, you can also put your targets in a subliminal recording. State them as if they've already come to pass, read them aloud and record this. This will help your mind focus on your targets and naturally find solutions to overcome obstacles when you encounter them.

To your subconscious you've already reached your goal, so it will do anything to make sure this reality is reflected in your real life experiences.

Have fun with your simple.ology!

Patricia

Talking Thank You

Hi Patricia ,

The comments you wrote in this thread are great. They provide a valuable view of Simple-ology.

I'm very new and just at the end of my first week but I have already learned so much that I feel blessed to have discovered simple-ology.

Mark Joyner has created more than a simple course. He's changing lives permanently. There are so many course, books, programs etc around that contain great stuff but they don't create ongoing growth. Simple-ology, through the praxis approach, provides such a deep base that results will be lasting.

I hope you agree

Default Simple.ology blog!

Hi everyone,

I decided to start a blog about my simple.ology experiences. I'd love it if you'd take a look and perhaps leave a comment. Tell me what you think etc.

And d'Arcy - I couldn't agree with you more!

Exclamation

Hi everyone, and thank you Patricia for starting this thread and offering supportive suggestions.

I have never used an mp3 player and haven't been able to download the audio files to Real Player without time and energy-wasting, complicated steps that I haven't figured out yet!

As my education continues, I will also upgrade my technical knowledge. I have used subliminal messages during illness and surgery and it really works to prepare (teach) , speed learning (healing), and provide immediate results (rapid recovery time with increased energy).

We will most likely become people, probably unrecognizable by our friends and family until they get used to the new focus, determination, and accomplishments that we have achieved.

Life is great! Thanks Mark and Patricia

Hey Carol,

Thanks for your kind words!

As for the audio files: just download them to your computer (right-click the link and select 'save as...') like you did with the pdf files.

Then find them back and just double-click them. This will jump-start your default audio player automatically. It should be a piece of cake...

Hope that helps,
Patricia

Default Time Mangement tips you can apply with your DTP

Yesterday I posted a lengthy article to my simple.ology blog about 2 time-management tips I used to teach when I was still working full-time as a corporate trainer of time- and stress management techniques.

They fit in very well with the Daily Target Praxis of simple.ology. But if you're not doing the course, they also fit in beautifully with most other time management systems.

http://www.simpleology.info [myBlog]

This particular post is about:

* time-management for people with zero sense of time
* using my (free) Visual Planning Aid (no need to sign up for anything!)
* the easy Correct Time Estimaion formula which converts possible time into probable time

And once you're there, don't forget to leave a comment about how you like it! ;-)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Update!
All text and work sheet now available as free time-management special report:
http://simple-ology.blogspot.com/200...t-for-you.html

You can download it straight from site - no need to sign up for anything. :-)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wishing you a world of time!

Patricia

P.S.
I want to stress here that whatever I'm posting here is an add-on and not necessarily endorsed by Mark. Please make up your own mind about whether or not you find it useful for yourself!

Thumbs up Rushing Through, Then Going Back

I am a curious person, sometimes to my detriment. So, of course, I had to go through the entire Simpleology 101 course in four days. WOW! What an experience that was, but I don't recommend this. Mark is right -- make progress one step at a time.

I always planned to go back to the begining and start again, this time going at the precise pace Mark intended for a maximum learning experience.

I completed lesson 29 today and really look forward to going back to the beginning and starting again. Each time I go through the material, I learn something new, both, in the lesson and about myself.

I hope that everyone values Simpleology 101 as much as I do. We all need to tell Mark what his "giving back" means to us. For the first time in my life I am completely focused and reaching goals quickly. That's saying a lot because I am 61-years-old with chronic illnesses. I certainly want to increase my power and use it wisely.

Post Multi Tasking

Hi All

The Simpleology 101 course is great; I read with interest the use of MP3 players its something I already do.

A tip I have come up with is to make use of the time I am Reading Aloud, I have been playing around with the Microsoft office speech system but have never had time to train my computer to understand what I was saying. Now I read daily to my computer and its learning Simpleology as well. first result were quite amusing but each day it improves, I am sure by the end of the course I will have an extra tool to save me time when dictating letters etc.

I am sure you could use the course to train other speech systems
