Default subliminals

Regarding the point of whether non-conscious messages can have an effect on our lives -

I am sure many here have heard of or are using subliminals - you write your affirmations into a program, then set it so that the written words blink at you, (so quickley you can't consciously read them) while you are working on your computer.

I mention this because I have been using them for a few years now and believe they are having a significant effect on some of my habitual behaviors.

Some habits that seem to have improved during this period are:
sleeping - down to an average of 6 hours from about 8 or 9 hours
motivation - much more focused on my goals
confidence - increased in relationships
eating and exercising habits - better

I would love to be able to attribute all these benefits to my simpleology efforts but unfortunately my lack of discipline (which I excuse as a lack of time?) have caused a very discontinuous effort in this regard, nonetheless I believe there has still been a contribution, especially in the area of clarifying motivation and goals.

Other life factors seem to be no more significant than they were before using the subliminals.

My conclusion is that the subliminal affirmations have acted as a supporting cause for the development of some positive habits. Some of the habits it seems to have had no effect on at all.

Now I would love to continue the positive developments at a more conscious level - and a habitual pattern of simpleology would be the best formula for that!

Never come in contact with photoreading but it sounds similar to what Tony Buzan teaches within his mindmapping doctrine.
