I'm working out with pushups, crunches, light dumbells, isometrics, stairclimbing, and lots of walking. I don't have a lot of time for going to the gym, so I like incorporating exercises into my daily routine with things I can do at home and at work.
Is anyone using low cost, low tech, portable fitness equipment, such as jump ropes, Bullworker, Bully Xtreme 2, elastic bands, etc?
